Cultural beliefs about food can effect how one handles food. This 15-minute video (available in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English) is a conversation between two restaurant operators. The focus of their conversation is the importance of safe food handling practices in a restaurant. The video was designed to be presented at the beginning of training courses targeting Chinese-speakers.
